Confectionery led by the third generation of the family. The present owners: Albert Judycki (grandson of the founder) and Jacek Malarski, completed the best French gastronomy schools: the famous Le Cordon Bleu and (known as a ’Harvard of gastronomy’) Ecole Gregoire Ferrandi.
